I read every message. I aim to reply within one business day, usually faster. I’m based in Australian Eastern time, so if you write at 3am AEST, you’ll likely hear back when I wake up.

To make support faster, please include:

  • your Stripe receipt reference or checkout confirmation (if it’s about a purchase)
  • your operating system (macOS / Windows + version)
  • the Bushpass version (Settings → About)
  • a screenshot if something looks broken

What I can help with

  • Activation issues: key not accepted, lost key, moving to a new device.
  • Refunds and billing: see the refund policy.
  • Bug reports: the more detail the better.
  • Feature requests: especially if you’re actively on a WHV right now.
  • Partnerships: hostels, working farms, agencies.
  • Press and media: happy to talk about the WHV beat.

What I can’t help with

Migration advice, tax advice, employer disputes, visa decisions. Bushpass is a tool, not a registered advisor. For migration questions, talk to a MARA-registered agent. For tax, talk to a registered Australian tax agent or the ATO.
