The desktop app is the premium way to use Bushpass. It unlocks auto-send campaigns (drip outreach to dozens of farms in the background), native notifications, and offline mode. Three clicks on Mac, two on Windows.

.dmg, drag Bushpass into your Applications folder.Standard Mac move. Double-click the file, you’ll see a window with the Bushpass icon and an arrow pointing at Applications. Drag the icon across. Done.
On first open, macOS shows a security dialog about us being an unverified developer. Standard Gatekeeper behaviour for any indie app without an Apple Developer ID. The supported way to approve us is below. One time, never again on this Mac.
From the second launch onwards, Bushpass opens like any other app on this Mac. Future updates install silently, no more dialogs, no reinstall.

Bushpass opens to an activation screen. Paste the key from your purchase
email (looks like BPS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and press
Activate. The app remembers it. You won’t see this
screen again on this Mac.

Gatekeeper, the macOS security layer, shows a “cannot verify this app” dialog on first launch for any app it doesn’t recognise yet. On macOS Tahoe (26.x) the supported approval path is through System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. The older right-click → Open trick was retired in recent macOS releases for unsigned apps. Same idea, slightly more clicks. From the second launch onwards Bushpass behaves like any other app on this Mac.
We’re working through the Developer ID signing process in the background. Once it lands, the dialog disappears automatically for everyone through the normal update flow. No reinstall, no re-paste of your key, no extra step on your side.

Windows shows a blue Microsoft Defender SmartScreen
box on any new .exe from a publisher it hasn’t seen
a million times yet. Same logic as the Mac warning: about us being
new, not about the app being unsafe. One extra click:
From the next launch onward, no more warning. Windows trusts the app once it’s installed.
Bushpass launches straight into the activation screen. Paste your key, press Activate, you’re on the dashboard. Windows pins Bushpass in your Start menu under B.
Once the app’s on your machine, it checks for new versions every 30 minutes in the background. When a fresh build is ready you’ll see a small banner asking if you want to install. One click, the app restarts in about 15 seconds, your data and licence stay exactly where they were.
