First launch on Mac shows one Apple security dialog — cleared in ~30 seconds via System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Windows shows a SmartScreen warning that needs one extra click. Both are one-time, the app launches normally forever after on each machine. The install page has short animated demos walking through the exact clicks on each platform.

What you actually get

Both versions, one payment. After checkout you'll get a one-click sign-in link by email — open Bushpass straight in your browser at app.bushpass.com in seconds, no install.

The same email also includes a licence key for the desktop app (Windows & macOS). The desktop build unlocks the premium auto-send campaign worker (batch emails to dozens of farms with anti-spam spacing) and native notifications. Web and desktop share the same account.

Your purchase is for personal use on your own devices. One human, one key.

Refunds, the short version

If you bought a pass but never activated it, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund. No questions, no awkward survey.

Once your key is activated, the product is fully delivered, so we don’t do casual refunds. We always honour your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law (defective product, not as described, not fit for purpose).

Quick questions

What’s the deal with Early Access pricing?

Bushpass is in Early Access until 31 July 2026. The app works fully today, but the macOS code-signing paperwork with Apple is still in progress, so we’re running a discount until that lands. You pay A$49/month or A$179 lifetime instead of A$60/A$200.

If you sign up monthly during Early Access, you keep the A$49 rate for as long as your subscription stays active. Cancel and re-subscribe later and you’d be on whatever the price is at that point.

Lifetime is a one-time payment, so the A$179 is what you pay, full stop.

Will my monthly price ever go up?

Not while your subscription stays active. Stripe locks each subscription to the price it was created on, so if you sign up at A$49/month during Early Access, that’s your rate as long as you don’t cancel. New customers signing up after 31 July would be on A$60/month, but you’d still be at A$49.

Can I switch from monthly to lifetime later?

Yes. Email support@bushpass.com with your monthly receipt and we’ll credit the most recent month’s payment toward the lifetime price.

Will Bushpass auto-renew my monthly subscription?

Yep, that’s how monthly works. You can cancel any time from the billing link on your Stripe receipt or checkout confirmation, from inside the app, or by emailing us. After cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Do I pay GST or VAT on top?

Bushpass is operated by a sole trader not currently registered for GST in Australia, so the AUD price is what you pay for domestic sales, no GST line from us. If you’re buying from outside Australia, Stripe may calculate and collect applicable local sales taxes at checkout where the law requires it, and will show the final amount before you pay.

How do I move my licence to a new laptop?

Email support@bushpass.com from the address you used at purchase. We unlock the key, you paste it on the new machine. Usually sorted within a business day.

Who’s behind Bushpass?

Bushpass is operated by a small Australian sole trader business based in Victoria (ABN 93 228 693 498). One person, one inbox. You email, the operator answers.
