Go Plus and a licence key arrives by email to activate the Bushpass desktop app. That’s where Bushpass sends outreach for you. Only worth it if you’re firing off mail to dozens of farms a week. The web app stays free, and you can always email employers by hand (copy the address, use your own Gmail) for nothing. Cancel anytime in the Stripe portal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

email sending lives. Go Plus and a licence key arrives by email to activate the
desktop install. Your web account and your Plus desktop share the same login.
Bushpass is for personal use on your own devices. One human, one key.
Refunds, the short version
No casual refunds on Plus. Cancel anytime in your Stripe
portal and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already
paid for. After that you downgrade to Free; everything except sending mail
keeps working.

(defective product, not as described, not fit for purpose).

Quick questions
What’s the difference between Free and Plus?
Free is the whole web app. The atlas, job feed, 88-day tracker, tax calculator, payslip OCR, CV builder and AI assistant at app.bushpass.com cost nothing, forever, with no trial clock and nothing crippled. Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, no install and no licence key.
Plus (A$12.99/month) is the desktop app. It unlocks the Windows and macOS app where all the email sending lives: the single-email button on a card, and the bulk auto-send campaign worker with reply detection, NDR detection and anti-spam cooldown. You go Plus, a licence key lands in your inbox, and you activate the desktop app with it. You can always email employers by hand on the web (copy the address, use your own Gmail) for free.
I bought a Lifetime / Monthly before the pivot, what now?
You keep your existing access and Plus features automatically. No upgrade needed, no extra payment. Your Lifetime is still lifetime; your Monthly stays on the rate you signed up at; both now include everything Plus does.
Can I cancel Plus anytime?
Yes, via the Stripe billing portal at bushpass.com/billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, you downgrade to Free, everything except sending mail keeps working, your data stays put.
Will Bushpass auto-renew my Plus subscription?
Yep, that’s how Plus works. You can cancel any time from the billing portal at bushpass.com/billing, from inside the app, or by emailing us. After cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then downgrade to Free.
Why no free trial of Plus?
Because Plus is A$12.99/month. The Stripe cancellation period is effectively the trial: sign up, use it, cancel before the next renewal if it’s not for you, and the first month already paid is yours to use. No casual refunds beyond that, but no lock-in either.
Do I pay GST or VAT on top?
Bushpass is operated by a sole trader not currently registered for GST in Australia, so the AUD price is what you pay for domestic sales, no GST line from us. If you’re buying from outside Australia, Stripe may calculate and collect applicable local sales taxes at checkout where the law requires it, and will show the final amount before you pay.
How do I move my licence to a new laptop?
Email support@bushpass.com from the address you used at signup. We unlock the key, you paste it on the new machine. Usually sorted within a business day.

Bushpass is operated by a small Australian sole trader business based in Victoria (ABN 93 228 693 498). One person, one inbox. You email, the operator answers.
